Strategic Cooperation Agreement reached between China Commercial City Development Alliance and the government of Anshun City, Guizhou Province
On January 12th, 2015, China Commercial City Development Alliance, founded by well-known companies such as China Commercial Lam Lee Lai Lawyers, Shenzhen Institute of Building Research Co., Ltd, Shenzhen Yancheng Holdings Group, Shenzhen Huachuang Zhicheng Co., Ltd， Shenzhen Huarui Tianfu Capital Management Co., Ltd, GF Securities Co., Ltd etc., conducted a 2-day visit of Anshun City, Guizhou Province. The Alliance discussed with the government of Anshun City over cooperation in new-type urbanization, tourism industry andinvestment. The Alliance reached a strategic cooperation agreement with the government of Anshun City.
Anshun City is entering a crucial phase of catching up with developed areas. The cooperation between the Alliance and Anshun City comes during the 13th Five-Year Plan and as Anshun City has been approved as the experimental city of new-type urbanization. The cooperation brings superior resources of the Alliance to Anshun City. The Alliance and Anshun City are looking forward to strengthening their cooperation on new industries, major constructions of infrastructure and major projects.
As the initiator of this cooperation, China Commercial Lam Lee Lai Lawyers view “resources before capital, planning before investments” as their principle and dig into studying such as new-type urbanization, promotion of city, planning of tourism, finance, products planning etc. China Commercial Lam Lee Lai Lawyers would endeavor to bring Anshun City investments from the capital market.
