On March 11th, 2014, China Commercial Lam Lee Lai (Qianhai) Law Firm stood out from the crowd of law firms in the competition for the legal counsel of the Authority of Qianhai. It was another significant measure of China Commercial law firm in participation of constructing Qianhai, since China Commercial (Qianhai) law firm had been established before. China Commercial (Qianhai) law firm was set up with permission of Department of Justice Guangdong, hence, it became the first law firm in Qianhai.

Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone is called Chinese Manhattan, as it is a modern demonstration of the innovative cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong to create a modern service industry zone.
